Western Grey Kangaroo
Macropus fuliginosus

Western Grey Kangaroos are large macropods, closely related to the similar Eastern Grey Kangaroo. They are found in the southern half of Australia with a small population overlap with the Eastern Grey. Generally, the Western Grey is more brown than the Eastern and has a smaller muzzle and ears. A subspcies of the Western Grey is found on Kangaroo Island, while the mainland population is of the other subspecies.
