Eastern Dtella/House Gecko
Gehyra dubia

A large gecko that can be found across much of north-eastern Australia and is a native species. It goes by a host of different names, including Eastern Dtella, House Gecko (Northern or Native) and even Dubious Gecko. They are often found in outbuildings at night, but also in trees and on rocks. In the day, they can be speckled green, brown or grey but at night, they become pale and almost white. Body length is 6.5 cm.
