Tree Pipit
Anthus trivialis

A summer visitor, which winters in Africa, and is fairly common in open woods and common land. These photos were taken at quite a long distance by digiscoping, hence the low quality. The main pointers in identifying a Tree Pipit from a Meadow Pipit are the larger supercillium (eyebrow), thinner markings on the flanks and the song flight, otherwise, the two birds are quite similar.
