Alpine Chough
Pyrrhocorax graculus

Alpine Choughs are familiar visitors to mountain walkers and they will commonly approach to scrouge sandwiches and snacks. They have a call that is nothing like other crows and is very distinctive. They are resident in Switzerland all year.
