Mallard x Pacific Black Duck
Anas platyrhynchos x Anas superciliosa

The Pacific Black Duck is the common duck of much of the South-western Pacific region, but with the introduction of the Mallard, hybridisation has occurred on various levels: often local in areas of Australia, but in New Zealand it looks as if there are no non-hybridised Pacific Black Ducks left.
